Here's a survey with questions about my LJ, taken from [livejournal.com profile] roosterbear.

Date you joined? April 13, 2003

Number of journal entries? 496

Number of people on your friends list? Less than the total number of journals: only 70 individual people.

Person that introduced you to LJ? [livejournal.com profile] missprune told me about it, but she wasn't a member yet. [livejournal.com profile] stephe gave me an invite code.

Still friends with this person? Yes, both of them.

How many people have you introduced to LiveJournal? I invited [livejournal.com profile] twillhead. I have told three or four other people about it, but no more converts, yet.

List everyone on your friends list you have met in person: In chronological order: [livejournal.com profile] themage, [livejournal.com profile] manhattan, [livejournal.com profile] freakystyle, [livejournal.com profile] schillerium, [livejournal.com profile] bitterlawngnome, [livejournal.com profile] djjo, [livejournal.com profile] danthered, [livejournal.com profile] tokenotter, [livejournal.com profile] ruralrob, [livejournal.com profile] emjaybaxter, [livejournal.com profile] leafshimmer, [livejournal.com profile] ranger1

Anyone on LJ you can't stand? Yes, they're not on my friends list.

Name one person on your friends list you would most like to meet? That's a hard one. There are people I want to meet for various reasons. There are a few I want to meet out of sheer lust. There are several with whom I feel a strong kinship, and I'm sure we'll meet someday. But there is one who inspires me on almost a daily basis, even if I don't have time to read every one of his posts, and I wish I could meet him for coffee about once a week. That is [livejournal.com profile] drood.

Ever banned someone from commenting in your journal? Yes.

Biggest pet peeve about LJ: I was going to say I hate the bitchy dramas, but I tend to avoid them, and usually feel unaffected by them. My pet peeve is there are too many interesting people and not enough time to keep up with them.

Do you feel close to most of the people on your friends list? I don't usually add people because I want to be their friends, but because they keep interesting journals. Subsequently I have become close to some but not all.

You see, it's beyond lust. :-)

I really really really hate squirm at the "who would you most like to meet" question. Because, see, I'd absolutely love to meet [livejournal.com profile] drood too! And you! And [livejournal.com profile] schillerium and [livejournal.com profile] ruralrob and [livejournal.com profile] mickeytor and [livejournal.com profile] clarrisa and and and... and yet I said [livejournal.com profile] cajoje yesterday just because she's currently at the top of my extremely variable, highly mutable, likely to change at any moment list. (Her journal is worth checking out, by the way.) And the difference in desire to meet the people I'd love to meet is so miniscule.

Bah.
