Poet, artist, photographer, fiction writer, naturalist. Nature is my inspiration and consolation. The Eramosa River flows through Guelph, Ontario, the city where I live, and has come to serve as a metaphor for my personal journey. This blog records some of that pilgrimage.
My motto comes from the pen of Annie Dillard in Pilgrim at Tinker Creek: "These are our few live seasons. Let us live them purely as we can, in the present."
More of my photos can be found on Flickr. I also have a fiction journal, (https://blind-king.livejournal.com/profile)blind_king (https://blind-king.livejournal.com/) (friends only; if you're interested, inquire). Personal friends are welcome to look me up on Facebook.
