Invasion of the LJ photographers
Feb. 2nd, 2004 12:49 pmI almost posted this image last week, but chose others for my photo spread on Toronto's snowstorm. Seeing
ruralrob's post today, I couldn't resist using it after all.

This was taken on January 27, the heaviest snow day, and Rob's was taken later in the week.
We crossed paths without connecting a couple times last month. One of these days I would like to do the...the clicky thing, and instead see Rob in the flesh.
Yesterday was a busy one, driving my daughters home then stopping in Toronto for a dual birthday bash for
bitterlawngnome and
danthered. More about that later.

Date: 2004-02-02 06:40 pm (UTC)I often find my mind wandering at random moments and visualizing 3-D models of places from my last... almost as if it were a mental exercise to see if I could re-create a location in my mind's eye.
Church-Wellesley would certainly be one of the hubs... and I can describe almost every foot (oops... meter!... It's Canada, after all!) from that station/my old apartment to Church and Wellesley... as well as Yonge from there to the HMV.
Many San Franciscans might relate to your "entrance" concept with Harvey Milk Plaza and the big rainbow flag there.
