Skivvies and butter ripple
Jan. 21st, 2004 03:18 pmYesterday Jon visited Toronto so we had a bar night. We started out catching up on our personal lives and listening to a talented young female pianist at Zipperz. Pleasure in this kind of live music is something we share.
From there we moved on to dinner at P.J. Mellon's and ended up at the Eagle. It was underwear night and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
freakystyle looked edible as ever behind the bar in his skivvies. I also met trckrfckr in person for the first time and later on had a chance for a pleasant visit with franionnoinarf, who I had only met briefly before. Other than that, I didn't meet anyone new but kept company with several old acquaintances.
Jon and I have only visited the Eagle together once before, and he was unused to seeing my flirty side. To avoid totally scandalizing him, I waited until he left around 11:30 to strip to my boxer briefs.
I got a little tipsy. Apparently on ranitidine I can have more than two or three drinks in an evening without getting sick. I must be careful not to abuse this freedom, especially when guys start buying me shots of butter ripple.
