Feels like summer

Sarah and Bob: a carpenter and an interior designer consort over power tools
Friday.
Saturday. Darrell is new to Toronto, so I started showing him around, beginning with Kensington Market. He bought cheese and an excellent hat. I bought cheese and Turkish delight. Dinner: leftover beef, and wild mushrooms in sauce made from Friday night's soup. Dancing at Cell Block with
Sunday. Family tree stuff, dinner at Danny and Bill's.
Monday. Home. Bob has just moved into a Guelph townhouse and is renovating with Sarah's help. I went over and lent a hand pulling staples out of the floor for two hours.
Tuesday. Tore old baseboard heaters out of Bob's townhouse. Went to Value Village and bought a summer wardrobe: rugger pants, cargo shorts, shorts, yellow muscle shirt, orange knit short-sleeved shirt, plaid flannelette vest, and three button-down cotton shirts. For $50, more clothes than I have bought in the past three years.
