I already overshot my budget this week. It's harder to approach this goal in terms of, "At such-and-such a time, I will do such-and-such a thing." All the others involved actions I wanted to do anyway (really, deep down). This time it feels like not doing things I want to do. The process needs to begin with more positive means to the end. I knew this; guess I was stalling. For starters I need to concentrate on my after work routine—walking and writing.
