Addenda

Essential software I forgot to download until today: Picasa and Express Scribe (for transcribing recorded interviews). I've also thrown in Scrivener, full of hope, as I have yet to make good use of it.

The Microsoft Office download link finally came down the tube after 12 hours of puzzlement. I guess the Word was with God.
