I like P.J. Mellon's too, not only for the food but also because, much like the Guelph Arboretum, it has sentimental value for me (one very bad and one very good memory).

As for visiting one of your Livejournal friends, i'm sure that can be arranged. ;)

Oh yes, I'm sure you and I will get to meet soon. I have in fact met quite a lot of LJ friends. The ones I had in mind here were ones who live at a distance who I have never met, or who have visited me here and I'd like to see again. Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Phoenix, Boston and NYC come immediately to mind.
