devin101 is actually kayaking the Blackfoot River in Montana, and writing about it with humour and flair. Highly recommended reading for lovers of the outdoors, and connoisseurs of good storytellling:

Honestly, I can't remember whether I first started reading mother or son seven years ago (or more) on Themestream when he was a teenager and already a memorable writer. He's a relative newcomer to LJ, but I'm glad to have his youthful invincibility (!) enlivening my friends page.
