Point form

Just another bookmark to say I'm still here, but the unusually busy social calendar continues to prevent me from updating, or keeping up-to-date. Some highlights:

• Wednesday evening Stephen took me to dinner at my favourite restaurant, The Greek Garden.
• Yesterday afternoon we stayed in and watched Capote. Good, but heavy going.
• Last night we went to dinner at Les's to see our friend, Mark, and his new husband, Tim, from Seattle. They will both be living in Vancouver once Tim is landed.
• I have some kind of allergic reaction across my forehead, earlobes and sides of my neck behind the ears; I don't know what it is, but on the pharmacist's recommendation, I'm treating it with calamine lotion and a double dose of Reactine.
• We got up early this morning and I drove dakoopst to Fort Erie en route back to Atlanta.
• Completely unfamiliar with Fort Erie, I drove around for a few minutes and ended walking around the old fort, but didn't go inside.
• Back home for a few hours.
• The Sunfire will not be repaired until the middle of next week.
• I'll unfold the weekend plans later, and hopefully have a chance to catch up on some reading.

Thanks Pete. I'll be back home tomorrow and with Brenna in day camp for the week I'll have a chance to catch up on things, especially myself.
