Muscles ripple under the skin of life. Change is coming.

Today was a troubled one for someone near to me. I spent a couple hours waiting on phone calls. There is much love around us. It shines even more vividly in the dark. Give someone a hug this evening, even a virtual one will do. You never know.

Later I went grocery shopping with Sylvie. We've missed those regular outings, and had lots of catching up to do. This autumn my finances have been tighter than ever. Today was the first time in weeks I had cash to restock the kitchen. The promise of employment couldn't be more welcome.

My sleep pattern has been deteriorating ever since the time change. Every day this week I've been unable to sleep before 3:30. So far I'm not feeling the deficit badly. Mirtazapine usually kicks in and knocks me out before I exhaust myself. Now would be a good time. I was relieved to get a call from the shrink's office. She can see me on Monday. Tuesday she leaves for two months.

My parents gave me their old bread machine, which they had lost interest in using. I have a loaf of beer bread rocking on the kitchen counter, and Danny is coming.

Yup, he warned me he would probably catch a later bus, but it sounds like he might make the earlier one.

The "image" is just a tracking tool from LJToys. It's supposed to be invisible, and I can't see it on my browser, but someone else mentioned it, too. Is it persistent and obvious? If it is, it's not worth using.

If Virtual Hugs count, then consider yourself hugged many times over.

Cheers

Yes. I promise to.

>>Danny is coming

I saw Danny on Monday evening, coming up the stairs at Islington station; I didn't clue in that it was him until he had already passed.

it just looks like the litte "broken image" icon, and yes it remains there, but I'm using Safari (the mac browser) and so probably hardly anyone else sees it as broken.

Danny: "Islington?! Want's me. Could have been my crocheting doppleganger."

Enjoy your hug. :-)

Oh good! That is one of my all-time favourites. It's actually six or seven years old.

I, interestingly enough, have a Bear poem as well (imagine). It's, of course, findable at www.singinginspring.tk
