My view of the storm

The storm hit at noon sharp, as I was returning from a foray to the drug store. I shot this image from my hall window at 2 p.m.

The gas station has been closed for a few months, since two men assaulted the attendant, stole cigarettes, doused the kiosk with gasoline and set it on fire. I was home at the time, but heard heard nothing until the sirens came. The proprietor continues to sell used cars.

The cold continues. I have a splitting headache, which Advil has stopped relieving.

The storm has hit here in Toronto as well. Pretty much all white already. It's fun watching snow out the windows. It goes in all directions - down, sideways and up!

I know someone I'd like to cuddle with in the middle of a snowstorm. I'll just imagine we're doing that.
