Goldenrod

On Sunday morning Danny and I went to collect goldenrod for one of his dye projects. The weather was fine. Then it turned gloomy. By yesterday afternoon I was feeling bummed out. The days are getting shorter. Time to start using the Day-Light again? Just in case, I used it for 20 minutes this morning. So of course today turned out to be another beautiful day. I won't complain.

I think if you are already getting aware of the days and their effect on your mood, then YES, your intuitive choice is definitely right: to start using the light again.
Strange, it feels like just the other day you wrote about using it every morning. How time flies!

I only stopped using it the beginning of April, so it hasn't been long. Seems counter-intuitive that I would need it seven months of the year. On the other hand, the hardest times seem to be when the light is changing the fastest: Sept/Oct and Feb/Mar.
