Start small

I've been avoiding the next step in 6 Changes. I've been arriving home from work every day with leg and back pain, so all I want to do is sit and be quiet. My mood has been sad and pessimistic, but failing to address long-term career questions will not help.

So here's the beginning of a plan: on Thursday evening I will compile a list of job-finding resources.

This will be a family weekend at the cottage. I'm leaving directly from work this afternoon.
