Dinner plan

We're going to spend (Canadian) Thanksgiving weekend in Toronto: Danny, Brenna, Marian, Kerri and me. For Saturday we have tickets to see Das Rheingold live from the Met in HD.

Here's the menu for dinner on Sunday afternoon:

• roast turkey
• gluten-free turkey gravy
• rosemary garlic roasted new potatoes
• baked orange squash (bake squash an prepare casserole tomorrow night)
• steamed cauliflower with gluten-free cheese sauce
• Sylvie's quinoa stuffing with apples (turkey bacon for Marian)
• cranberry sauce
• gluten-free apple crisp (prepare topping except for butter tomorrow night)

I already have a turkey and vegies, but need to pick up a few more items tomorrow after work.
