Last night was the best sleep I've had in weeks, but I'm still tired and have some catching up to do.
Coincidentally, each evening this week I've had severe hip joint pain, which is probably another manifestation of sciatica (the one diagnosed was a shooting pain from foot to thigh). It doesn't bother me while I'm on my feet all day at work. The pain comes later: getting in and out of the car, and after I sit and try to walk again. Changing positions and rest relieve it.
Tonight I wrote the fourth freelance article, cutting my time from two hours to one! If it's approved, I just need one more to pass probation. Then I can advance to the next pay tier and accept multiple work orders.

Date: 2010-12-03 02:08 am (UTC)I've found that lack of sleep greatly affects my back. I've also found that physical therapy, when it's good, is great at pinpointing the causes and cures for sciatica. There are some great stretches for those muscles, and great body mechanics tips that can help.
