Spring cleaning

This weekend I made great headway in decluttering, although it went in an unintended direction. Saturday I cleaned out the fridge and worked further on the kitchen, reorganizing to take advantage of a drawer I had freed up two weeks ago. Today I moved onto a shelving unit in the front room, containing tools and equipment for camping, gardening, laundry and gardening. Its contents had overflowed to create a messy pile in fornt. I managed to pack two large boxes of stuff like bonsai pots and canning jars for donation to a second-hand store. Now everything fits. I did not tackle the other, larger pile (photos, crafts and office supplies), as originally planned. But the progress was good. And all this work is paying off. This weekend Danny and I ate three meals at the kitchen table; in the past we seldom ate there more than once, the room was so cramped and cluttered.

I'm doing the samething. I needed too cause I had way too much clutter. It qwas so bad that I started dreaming about getting angry at people dissing my appartment!! I ordered a Box from U-Box it http://www.uboxit.com, and slowly throwing stuff out.
