This candied walnut salad I pinned on Pinterest more than half a year ago has gone viral with over 300 repins. I wish one of my original ideas or images would attract so much attention.

hey perhaps you should write a cookbook, Van!
I actually had the idea once to write a cookbook in a different way.....more like prose poetry....or love letters....or meditation......
I think you would be able to create something similar also
and perhaps it would be a huuuuuuuuuuge success.
How about you write one in English and i in German.....;-)

That is a great idea, Mia. I've actually thought about writing a cookbook. I've had a couple of freelance assignment for the magazine Edible Toronto, so I seem to be getting pulled in the direction of food writing.
