Joe, having taken another read, I would love to have your story as a guest post on my blog. I'll be featuring a guest post from my friend Jennifer Willis this Wednesday, so you can see what I mean. I'll include excerpts from some of the entries on the day the winner is announced, but your story is worth a post of its own. I could attribute it to Minnesota Joe or your real name if you prefer. Of course, I can also understand if you choose not to, but your story is worth sharing. I would probably use it sometime in July.

As it happens, I just last night posted a modified version as a comment on SRJ, with names and placename removed (the original post was a friendly-only post) for privacy reasons since it's not my place, etc. You can use the modified version if you like.

Thanks, Joe. I was referring to the modified version. It is perfect. I'm going to look for a photo to accompany it, maybe white sand and/or driftwood.

No need to look. I have photos galore of the actual place. The hard part will be choosing a few, although I will have to figure out how to add the copyright symbol to my photos.
