Shadow: Ged... I'm wincing at a twinge of utterly uncalled-for envy that you are re-reading Wizard of Earthsea. Since early last Summer, I keep thinking of re-reading that book. My memory of it is that it contains some of the most realistic descriptions of the taste and feel of real magickal energy I've ever seen in a novel.
Just for fun, I wanted to do your sexual compatibility thingie, but I'm not signed up for that particular LJ feature. I don't know whether it's doable with a free account. I'll have to look into it when I have a bit of spare time at some point next week.
It is not actually a funtion of LJ. You should be able to do it.
Rather than envying me, why don't you reread AWOF, too. It is not heavy or long. It is easily one of my top five favourite novels. I shall try to post some reflections on the book sometime soon.
