It was a full moon
Nov. 9th, 2003 07:16 pmAn evening at the Robin's Nest is usually fun, but rarely that much. The crowd on the dance floor was rowdy in the best way. Many of my buddies were there: Les, Jon & Ray, Bob & Mark, Gaotee-Man, Dave & Rick celebrating their eighth anniversary.
And one handsome acquaintance, turned object of polite flirtation, turned more than expected. Bob, who was stoned, tried offering weed to entice us into a foursome. Dream on.
Thank heavens for long autumn nights and furry chests. And thank heavens, many times over, my favourite bed mate doesn't snore like that. Additional thanks for the all-day breakfast special at Eggcetra, an appreciative farewell, and a long afternoon nap, back in my own cozy bunk.
