That little house of cards/condoms amuses me no end. Once upon a time I had a t-shirt on which was what looked to be a balloon-animal horse. It was labeled "Trojan Horse." I used to wear that t-shirt around the University of Notre Dame campus. In retrospect, it really is no surprise that they ended up expelling me. If it hadn't been my dissertation, it would have been something else.

Hehe. The house of condoms was Danny's invention and a good example of his humour. I suspect you two would get along well.

ACH! I think that reflective window shot is the best one I've seen of you...not sure why it appeals to me so much, but it does. GREAT pic, Van.

The photos had no particular connection. I took the second one last week with the intention of posting it for Valentine's Day.

I will say foreplay is heaven.

He isn't in the photo. I took it earlier last week with the intention of posting it for Valentine's Day.

Danny built the house of condoms.

The first photo is funny, the second is sublime. You outdid yourself, Mister!

Thank you. I'm still trying to figure out why everyone likes the second photo so much.

Somehow that seems like a very appropriate juxtaposition for Valentines Day...

Even without the sexual context, the first image makes me think "Little pig, little pig, let me in!".

Love the angels pic, particularly the lighting.

too funny that first one. nice and simple and clever.
the second one should be framed. it would look lovely on anyone of your walls, anywhere in your house and could be some little bit of your history for the rest of your life. There is something sublime about it. Everyday but extremely special.

Seriously I can picture you explaining it to a grandchild some time way in the future. Holding them in your lap and talking about life and living, and telling them about the picture.

Alright now I have rambled long and wide and will call it good.
ciao and be well

Well that house of condoms is Danny's clever (and sweet) humour. He would be the first to say he is easily amused, but I find him endlessly amusing.

I'm still trying to figure out why everyone likes my angel picture so much. Sure I like it. I thought it was cute, and putting myself in there was my kind of tongue-in-cheek humour. I don't think of myself as an angel at all, even though I like myself. I wouldn't know how to explain that to a child.
