Baby Brenna pics

vaneramosThis is one of my favourite images of Brenna, which I call her Marilyn Monroe picture. I believe it was taken the summer of 1997 when she was three, at Poplar Bluff on Lake Erie.
Brenna was born on November 15, 1993. My wife took this picture a couple weeks later. I was 29.
During the summer of 1996 my wife was trying to restrict me from having unsupervised access to our daughters. Her scheme eventually failed, but in the meantime I hardly saw them. Brenna was two, and I missed her learning to talk. Somehow I managed to finagle a weekend in August, camping on Blueberry Island on our beloved Lake Fletcher. Marian, who was four, still remembers that weekend. We heard an owl in the night, and a raccoon raided our breakfast pack. Brenna was such a wonderful goof!
