Getting ready to weave

The fourth of my Six Changes, for July and August, is to learn how to weave. For my birthday this year (which happened in March), Danny is giving me his Leclerc floor loom and sending me for an introductory course at Haliburton School of the Arts. The course runs Monday to Friday next week. I have several tasks to accomplish this week:

1. Wednesday evening: tidy and reorganize the living room to make room for the loom.
2. Thursday evening: find the reservation information for my accommodation and pack everything I need for the trip to Haliburton.
3. Saturday: move and set up the loom with Danny's help. Pick up a good pair of cloth scissors.
4. Sunday afternoon: drive to Haliburton.

So the loom will be set up and ready to use when I return from the course. At that time, I'll set goals for the rest of July and August.
