Yes, the photo lent itself well enough to the usual format for my daily post, but I prefer it cropped this way, too. You can see the other version in my entry for Dec. 27. Even this one was cropped from the original, however. I crop almost all my photos to adjust the composition. The July 8 photo in the "Part 1" post was a very rare exception.
