somewhere I'll find my mango chutney Rx and send it Probably it's not much different fm your peach model. For now Im just sitting here wondering when I can get peaches enough and good enough to use for this chutney. I AM in the land of peaches so I'll have to figure out a way to send you some. The whole dinner sounds like what I'd order for a "last meal" Thanks babe!

Believe it or not, peaches are grown in Southwestern Ontario! Their range isn't wide, but if you look at a map the parts adjacent to Detroit MI and Buffalo NY have winters barely mild enough. In Harrow where I grew up we had a big agricultural research station where some cold-hardy varieties have been bred, so peaches were widely grown there. Unfortunately you can't send fresh fruit across the border without the right permit.

This chutney is the sweetest I have ever tasted. Most of the mango chutneys I have tasted were spicier, probably with lots and lots of ginger (not a bad thing!).

I'm glad you like the menu. It's one of my favourites, too.
