Just a quick post this evening to say I arrived safely in London. Kevin detailbear took me out to a nice dinner, and now we're going out to pick up some groceries for the weekend. The visit with my parents was good.

And I'm feeling better than I've felt in weeks.

Plus my boss told me before Jim could offer it to me, which ended up being a VERY good thing. I had thirty minutes to get the bummed, and pissed off tone out of my voice before hearing it from him...
