Back in Guelph

It was so hot at the cottage yesterday (33°C, 91°F) that I decided to stay an extra day. It was pleasant enough for reading in the shade and frequently dipping into the lake, but nothing else.

The girls and I arrived safely back in Guelph about an hour ago. We face a few busy days before departing for the camping trip on Tuesday.

I'll post more this evening with photos from the cottage.

can't tell you how bummed I am I won't be able to get up to meet you. but I'm sure next week will be one last mad push to get the house ready for flooring.

But I wish you and the girls an awesome time. Sounds like a real quality time kind of trip!!
