These were both taken along the Eramosa River yesterday, and are unedited, but something is wrong with one of them. What is it?

They are both reflections, but one is upside down?

are there arrows in the sky on the 2nd one?

No. They're both reflections of trees and sky in the water. Those marks that look like arrows (or bats, as a friend emailed me!) are leaves in the bottom of the river. The top image is upside down.

I feel silly for not knowing the answer to this when you posted it. Thank goodness others are much smarter than me.

The bottom photo is different from the usual angle at which I photograph reflections, so it probably served to throw people off.

I couldn't resist flipping the one over, because it made the sky look very ominous.
