The only Welshman ever to hold the office of British Prime Minister, he led the Brits during the First World War. My father is mostly English and I shouldn't be surprised if some of that blood is Welsh.
What, Stan's not a celebrity? Well, I'd agree but I don't think Mohamed ElBaradei or David Lloyd George are "celebrities." Noted, yes. Influential, yes. But aren't celebrities generally more known for fluffier things?

I'd be flattered if you weren't so dead on the money. Stan Rogers comes from old Canadian Irish roots, I believe, as does my mother's family. I have a cousin who looks even more like him than I do. Rather, I should say I have a whole flock of cousins with that same Irish look about them, and some have the temperament and thirst to go with it.
