I have been home just for 24 hours to work a day and do a load of laundry. Besides the pleasure of spending time with dakoopst (centre), I met his friends hangnaildhole (left) and atldaddybear, who recently moved to Ontario from the South. It's not very often I get to host new acquaintances at Lake Fletcher, but they seemed in their element, and I look forward to seeing them again this weekend.

I have more to write, but no time just now.

I met djjo five years ago tomorrow; we spent that entire weekend in the bedroom, only emerging to eat and shower. Tonight we're disappearing to Lake Fletcher for four days. We plan to try dyeing with black locust pods, entertain new friends, and oh, you know.

It was wonderful finally getting to meet you after having seen you in Stephen's flist for so long, and we're both looking forward to seeing you again and meeting djjo.

Thanks Mia. It was a fine weekend all around. Our dyeing experiments produced some exciting results, which I'll post in a day or two.
