Making light of the matter

I used the light box this morning. It made a much better start to the day.

Actually I started feeling better yesterday, as soon as I decided to resume using it, which makes me wonder what's really going on. Am I tricking myself? I don't care, as long as it works.

This evening I spoke with a friend who has used one for several years, and he says he continues until the weather turns nice, usually late March or early April.
