Fun stuff to do

Instead of spending money:

• go for a walk
• go for a walk with my camera
• drive to a trail outside town and go for a walk with my camera
• stop somewhere unfamiliar on the way home from work and go for a walk
• garden
• take a bath with fragrant oils and candles
• have a long sensual session looking at porn
• watch a movie
• read
• draw
• bake cookies
• hang out at Out On The Shelf
• hang out at the public library
• call one of my kids or Danny (free with my current phone plan)
• call a local friend (I never do so without a reason, and I seldom have a reason. This is a problem, which for future planning I need to work on.)
• lift weights
• find a cool photograph I haven't posted before and write whatever comes to mind
• write something in free_write
• write a poem
• put some essential oils in the diffuser, light candles, and meditate
• go to the university library and read literary journals
