Environment Canada has confirmed an F1 tornado hit Leamington, Ontario early this morning. Meanwhile nearby "Harrow, Colchester and Oxley were inundated by the storm." That is where I grew up. Dad's friend, Betty, lives in the hamlet of Oxley and Dad lives just outside. The place is so small it must be bad for anybody to even mention it, especially a stupid deputy mayor who couldn't be bothered to visit the other end of his municipality. Reportedly there were no injuries. I called and got Dad's voice mail but have yet to hear from him.
