Service calls
Apr. 20th, 2011 07:53 amThe week before Easter is always busy with service calls to tune organs. We spent most of Monday in the small farm town of Tavistock seriously cleaning a small church organ. Yesterday it was the organ at Roy Thompson Hall and two big downtown churches. I have been reading Ursula K. LeGuin's Lavinia while holding keys. We worked the equivalent of three days in two. I am beat. More of the same today around Kitchener-Waterloo. Looking forward to a four day weekend.
