Watchmen

It took me a while to get around to posting this. Brenna has been working at a cake-decorating shop for her high school co-op placement. They allowed her to design and decorate her own cake for her 18th birthday last month.

Ever since she was a little girl, Brenna has had a knack for building finely detailed things that require dexterity and patience. For example, when working with beads or Fimo clay her creativity would shine. The cake shop has been a perfect fit for her.

I was unfamiliar with The Watchmen movie or graphic novels around which she themed her cake. She is wearing the shawl Danny gifted her.

What an awesome cake! I loved Watchmen, both the book and the movie. She looks so grown up, which I guess is because she is.
