More hypnagogic reading

Last night while reading in bed I had an experience similar to one recorded here early last year. I was reading Barbara Kingsolver's novel, The Lacuna. Different threads of dream narrative began superimposing over the actual text. This time, however, I was aware of becoming drowsy, so it was clearly a hypnagogic state. I wanted to keep reading, so the experience was unnecessarily stressful. I can't remember any details, except one of the episodes seemed to be about three identical women. Which is odd, considering the vision recorded last year was about one woman representing three completely different characters.

I read The Lacuna last year and really enjoyed it. What are your thoughts about it thus far?

Haha, I'm only a few pages in after trying to read before sleeping the past couple weeks. I'm not sure whether what I remember is book or dream! I just finished Mrs. Dalloway; it took more than 2 months! I will have to move bedtime forward a little before I can comfortably compare notes.
